Jennifer Cave-Smith, MS, SPHR is a skilled facilitator with over 15 years experience in human resources and training. She has extensive experience developing and delivering internal professional development programs in the hospitality, telecommunications, call center, homebuilding, manufacturing, and retail industries. Jennifer has facilitated numerous workshops locally, nationally, and internationally on customer service, sales, supervisory skills, leadership development, behavioral interviewing, communication, and team building.

Jennifer holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Development, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. She has served on the local boards of both the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) including the office of President and the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD). She is also a former member of the Horizon Council, a public/private partnership in Lee County dedicated to economic development. In addition, Jennifer is a member of the Giving Alliance of Women, a special group of women who support the local community through the Cape Coral Community Foundation.


Jennifer was selected as the 2009 HR Professional of the Year by the Human Resource Management Association of Southwest Florida. The award was established in 2001 to recognize those individuals in the chapter that demonstrate commitment to the HR profession, have impeccable ethical standards and behavior, and participate in community activities.
