Jennifer Cave-Smith, MS, SPHR is a skilled facilitator with over 15 years experience in human resources and training.  She has extensive experience developing and delivering internal professional development programs in the hospitality, homebuilding, manufacturing, and retail industries.  As a  certified trainer for NetSpeed Leadership, Franklin Covey, Partners in Leadership, American Red Cross she has facilitated numerous workshops in customer service, supervisory skills, leadership and management development, behavioral interviewing, communication, safety, and team building.

Jennifer holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Development, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.  Jennifer has served on the local boards of both the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD).  She has also appeared numerous times on Fox4 Morning Blend.
